Church in Montevideo To Locate In Downtown Area

There is a city ordinance in the city of Montevideo that restricts the issuance of liquor licenses within 300 feet in any religious facility. But despite this ordinance, the City Council manages to grant the request of a religious facility to operate in its downtown area where restaurants and other entertainment establishments are located.
